Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs purchases of coaching services, subscriptions, and digital products offered by Insight Consulting Partners LLC doing business as Insight Consulting Tech (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.

1) General policy — all purchases

All sales are final unless otherwise expressly stated in writing by the Company or required by applicable law.

Because our Services provide immediate access to digital content, educational tools, dashboards, and scheduling availability, refunds are not guaranteed.

2) Coaching services (1‑on‑1 or group)

a) No refunds after purchase

All coaching purchases are non‑refundable once payment is completed.

This includes:

  • Single sessions

  • Multi‑session packages

  • Group coaching

  • Any coaching bundled with subscriptions or tools

No refunds are issued for:

  • Dissatisfaction with coaching style

  • Perceived lack of results

  • Changes in personal circumstances

  • Failure to attend or complete sessions

b) Rescheduling & cancellations

  • Coaching sessions may be rescheduled if canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session, or failure to attend (“no‑show”), result in forfeiture of the session

  • No credits or refunds are issued for missed or late‑canceled sessions

c) Coaching packages

  • Coaching packages must be used within [X months] of purchase unless otherwise stated

  • Unused sessions expire after the package period

  • Expired or unused sessions are not refundable

3) Subscriptions (monthly or annual)

a) Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)

  • You authorize automatic renewal unless you cancel

b) Cancellation

  • You may cancel a subscription at any time through your account or by emailing info@insightconsultingtech.com

  • Cancellation stops future billing only

  • Access continues until the end of the current billing period

c) No refunds

  • Subscription fees are non‑refundable, including:

    • Partial months

    • Unused time

    • Failure to use the service

    • Price changes

  • No prorated refunds are issued

4) Digital products, tools, dashboards, and educational content

All digital products and online tools are non‑refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Dashboards and analytics tools

  • Educational content

  • Templates, downloads, or digital access

  • Any product with immediate access upon purchase

Due to the nature of digital delivery, refunds are not provided once access is granted.

5) Chargebacks & payment disputes

If you believe a billing error occurred, you must contact us at info@insightconsultingtech.com before initiating a chargeback.

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:

  • Immediate termination of access to Services

  • Permanent suspension of your account

We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks using transaction records, click‑wrap agreements, and acknowledgment logs.

6) Exceptions (very limited)

Refunds may be issued only at our sole discretion in cases of:

  • Duplicate charges

  • Technical errors that prevent access and cannot be resolved

No other exceptions apply unless required by law.

7) No guarantees

We do not guarantee outcomes, results, income, investment performance, or success of any kind. Refunds are not issued based on outcomes, expectations, or performance.
